Rules & Characters

Rules
Players begin game by selecting their player characters. Disputes over player characters are solved by dice rolls. All players shuffle their event cards and place them face down in their job area and place player character on start.  Players take turns rolling the dice and moving around the board from their start position along the outside path of the board toward the end at the board’s center. After each move the player draw from the event card pile and does as the card instructs.  If two players land on the same space both players roll a die to determine who wins that space highest roll wins and the loser most move backward the same number of spaces the winner rolled.  Players may not use abilities to increase roll.

Event Cards:
These cards sit on each player’s work space and are drawn after each turn and read.  These cards describe an event in that player’s work place that effect that player’s progress toward the end of the game.  The player must abide the card directions i.e. Move back two spaces, lose a turn, etc. Within deck is a single back to start card that if drawn resets the player’s event deck i.e. All discarded event cards are reshuffled into the deck.

Murphy Cards:
These cards are placed at Murphy’s Bar at the center of the board. As each player reaches the final length of the path to Murphy’s they must roll equivalent to the number of spaces that remain and if they fail to must pick a Murphy card at random.  These cards create a turn long event that affects all players for the turns duration and are then reshuffled until the next player reaches their final turn towards Murphy’s.

Each player character has a unique ability for use in game.
